  • Welcome to Prashnottari APP ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our quiz application ("Prashnottari APP"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the App.
  • 2. User Accounts
  • To use certain features of the App, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • 3. Eligibility and Parental Consent
    • 2.1. Who Can Use Our App
    • Our app is designed for students in the 6th standard and above (typically ages 10 and older).
    • 2.2. For Users Under 18 (Minors)
    • If you are under 18 years old, you are considered a minor and you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to download and use this app.
      Our Consent Process: Our app requires that your parent or guardian provides their official consent through the app within 72 hours of you starting to use it.
      What Happens if Consent isn't Given: If your parent or guardian does not provide their consent within this 72-hour period, your access to the app's features will be restricted or your account may be disabled.
      By using the app, you are confirming to us that you have your parent's permission to do so.
    • 2.3. For Users 18 and Over
    • If you are 18 years of age or older, you can agree to these Terms and use the app for yourself.
    • 2.4. A Note to Parents and Guardians

    • We are committed to protecting children's privacy and safety. By providing consent for your child to use this app, you:

      • Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of your child.
      • Acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your child's activity and ensuring they use the app appropriately.
  • 4. User Responsibilities
    • By using the App, you agree to:
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Not use the App for any unlawful purposes.
    • Not share false, misleading, or offensive content.
    • Not engage in activities that may disrupt the functionality of the App.
    • Not engage in cheating or unauthorized attempts to manipulate quiz results, scores, or coins.
  • 5. Coins and Virtual Goods
  • The App may use a virtual currency system ("coins") that can be earned or purchased within the App. Coins can be used to unlock certain features, quizzes, or content. Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable. The purchase or use of coins is subject to change at our discretion.
  • 6. Quiz Participation and Content
  • You acknowledge that quizzes within the App may be created by both users (teachers) and the App itself. The content provided is for educational purposes, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content. You are solely responsible for how you use the information obtained from quizzes.
  • 7. Subscription and Payment Terms
  • 7.1. Certain features, content, services, quizzes, examinations, contests, AI-powered tools, reports, or other functionalities within Prashnottari APP may require a paid subscription.
  • 7.2. Prashnottari APP may offer a free trial period to eligible users. The duration, eligibility criteria, and features included in the free trial may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
  • 7.3. Upon expiration of the free trial period, users may be required to purchase an applicable subscription plan to continue accessing premium features and services.
  • 7.4. Subscription fees, plan validity, features, and pricing will be displayed within the Application and may be revised from time to time. Any changes shall apply prospectively and shall not affect an already active subscription period.
  • 7.5. Payments may be made through approved payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, or other payment methods made available by our authorized payment partners.
  • 7.6. Promotional offers, coupon codes, referral benefits, introductory discounts, or special pricing may be offered from time to time. Such offers:
    • * May be subject to eligibility requirements;
    • * May have expiry dates and usage limitations;
    • * Cannot be redeemed for cash;
    • * Cannot be transferred to another user;
    • * May be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Prashnottari APP.
  • 7.7. All subscription purchases are subject to our Refund Policy available on the Application and website. Users are advised to review the Refund Policy before completing any purchase.
  • 7.8. Failure to complete payment, payment reversals, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or violations of these Terms may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access to subscription-based services.
  • 7.9. For users below the age of 18 years, subscription purchases should be made only with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.
  • 7.10. Applicable taxes, duties, levies, or government charges, if any, shall be payable by the user and may be included in the final subscription amount displayed during checkout.
  • 8. Privacy
  • Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • 9. Termination
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

  • We provide the App "as is" and do not guarantee that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects.
    We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the App.
    We are not liable for any third-party content or actions outside of our control.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your inability to use the App.
  • 12. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

  • We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
